Philip Bowe is a highly qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 8 years of experience helping athletes and performance-driven individuals unlock their physical potential. With an MSc in Strength & Conditioning and a BSc in Sports Science from St Mary's University, Philip combines academic expertise with real-world experience at the highest levels of sport.

Philip has worked within the Sports Science and S&C departments at professional football clubs including Bolton Wanderers, Manchester City, and Fulham FC, as well as supporting elite athletes at Wimbledon Tennis Championships

More recently, Philip has worked closely with professional boxers Deion Jumah, Craig Richards, Emmet Brennan, and Masood Abdulah, guiding them through British and Commonwealth title campaigns. His experience extends to amateur fighters, an F4 driver, and several professional golfers focused on power and performance.
